Oxley Vale Anglican Community Church is a friendly welcoming church that is made up of real people who enjoy community centred on Jesus Christ. We exist not just for Christians but for anyone who wants to investigate the claims of Jesus, the person at the very heart of Christianity. Whether you are looking to join in on our community or learn about the Christian faith – you are most welcome.

Simon Carter is the Vicar of Oxley Vale Anglican. He is married to Erin and has two children. Before entering full time ministry Simon worked as Materials Engineer where he spent his time breaking things (he still breaks things but doesn’t get paid for it). On an easy Saturday Simon enjoys jogging and launching rockets with his two boys, but he is passionate about people growing in their knowledge and love of Christ and loves seeing people making decisions to honour Christ.

Tom Magill moved from Sydney with his wife and young family in 2013 to join the staff at Oxley Vale Anglican, where he splits his time between establishing church-community relations and acting as the Chaplain at Oxley Vale Public School. A computer nerd in his former life, Tom now enjoys episodes of Fireman Sam with his kids, playing music, and planting things and watching them grow.

Carolyn Duncan mans the church office, keeping everyone else on track! The office is open on Thursday mornings from 08:30-12:30.
